Placencia Harbor Docks

Placencia Harbor Docks is a newly established residential and commercial development located strategically North of the Placencia Municipal Airstrip. Our vision is to create an environmental friendly dock equipped with Commercial lots, airport hotel, fishing and tackle shop, a water taxiway that will lead to the runway where we will have an airplane hangar, and develop a waterfront canal docking area for sea-related business, including diving snorkeling, sailing, fishing, and other water activities. This 20-acre parcel has an ideal location close to the local airport hubs which makes it a fantastic investment opportunity as it is strategically on the north of the Placencia Municipal Airstrip. This property boasts over 700 feet of western lagoon frontage that features spectacular sunrises and picturesque sunsets.

Placencia is divided into two parts

Placencia is essentially divided into two parts: South of the airstrip and North of the airstrip. The entire peninsula can be easily navigated on a bike. The busy part of Placencia lies in the south where visitors will find the greater concentration of coffee shops, bistros, internet cafes, the harbor, guest houses, taxi’s and bus station, banks, local restaurants, bars, and let’s not forget freshly made Italian Gelato, all the things that make it really “Barefoot Perfect”. The Northern portion of Placencia includes the Garifuna village of Seine Bight, it is less densely populated and has many of the higher-end resorts. The water is clean and clear; the salty winds gentle and cooling with a calming Belizean sunset on a deserted Placencia beach.
